Whittling
We had a handout I created using a handprint and on each finger I typed 5 points step by step list that the girls would need to do to earn a knife carrying card (thanks Mike for the idea). we then gave them a bar of soap and plastic knife to practice using a knife and whittling.
Games
The girls loved the 6 ft diameter earth ball and the parachute.
Copper Lantern Covers
Take a copper sheet, trace a design with a pencil on it, then using a nail and hammer, pound holes in teh copper following your design. Brad it together and set over a candle for a pretty lantern cover
Medicine Wheel
Have a resource person come in to show the girls a medicine wheel and explain a bit of history beind it and what it means.
