Green Angel

Materials:

• button (with two holes)
• blue, green, or brown fabric or craft paint
• green felt
• gold cord or lace
• pin backing

Directions:

1. Use fabric paint to fill in button holes. These are your angel's eyes.
2. Cut a triangle out of the green felt for the body. (Use your judgement about size, proportional to the size of the button you use.)
3. Glue triangle to back of button. Glue pin backing to back of felt and button. (Be sure to anchor it on the button, not just the felt.)
4. Cut a small piece of cord/lace and glue it in a circle at the top of the button for a halo.

Mine didn't have wings, but I'm sure all you clever scouts can think of a way to improve this design!
