Bagels with cream Cheese (alternate jam, peanut butter and/or honey) Instant oatmeal and/or Cream of Wheat with powder whole milk. Orange juice, COFFEE Premade salad, tomato and grated cheddar cheese in a pita with oil and vinegar dressing, Cookies and fresh fruit Steaks, Lipton homestyle potatoes and raw carrots, celery and cucumber with dip Rice Pudding

Eggs in a tortilla with green pepper, onion and salsa sauce. Instant oatmeal and/or Cream of Wheat with powder whole milk, Orange juice, COFFEE Jill's Bread, cookies and fresh fruit. Gado-Gado Spaghetti scrambled cake with dehydrated fruit sauce

Saturday   

Breakfast Lunch Supper Dessert
pancakes with dehydrated berries with syrup. Instant oatmeal and/or Cream of Wheat with powder whole milk, Orange juice, COFFEE Rye bread, crackers, salami and a couple of different cheeses. Cookies and fresh fruit Lentil and Barley Stew, with biscuits Chocolate and Lemon pudding

Sunday   

Breakfast Lunch Supper Dessert
Breakfast bars (Multigrain) Instant oatmeal and/or Cream of Wheat with powder whole milk. Orange Juice. COFFEE fajitas with peanut butter, honey and/or jam, Cookies and fresh fruit On the way home
