One other different project we did was when the Guide unit decided to
support the Hospital for Sick Children. They spent a month of meetings
making crafts to be sold at a local Christmas Bazaar. (Usually you have to
rent the table space, but the Community Center did not charge us because we
were raising money for a charity). The money they raised was donated to
HSC. This was a positive experience.
