You make what I think is referred to as a God's Eye, with the popsicle sticks and the yarn, and you wrap it around the stick, then over to the next stick and around the stick, over to the next, etc. and you make your foundation for your mobile. Then you han keys from it the 4 corners and centre with fishing line (I used embroidery thread) The you make a sign that reads Sharing is the Key to Friendship) and hang on centre thread. Make loop to hang. We made the loop first.
The girls were ecstatic with their wind chimes.
