Materials:

• plastic milk bottle cap and intact plastic safety ring from milk bottle cap
• stuffing material
• circle of fabric cut with pinking shears about five inches across
• optional: ribbons, tiny flowers

Directions:

Place some stuffing material on top of milk cap. Put fabric over that. Push safety ring over the fabric until it is snug against cap. Optional: decorate with thin ribbon and/or flowers.
