Paint flesh-colored oval of acrylic paint about 1/2" from top of red golf pencil. Let dry. Paint nose pale pink and cheeks and mouth red with a VERY THIN BRUSH. Dot on black eyes with toothpick. Paint white mustache, eyebrows and beard. Tie 2"-long cord loop; hot-glue knot to top of pencil.
