Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 1 egg
- 1 muffin mix, made according to directions

Cut the orange in half. 
Scoop out the orange pulp and save in a dish. 
Break the egg into one orange half. 
Bake gently on coals, until nearly set. 
Take 1/2 cup of prepared muffin mix and spoon into the other orange half. 
Bake gently on coals until done.

Result - a breakfast of orange (vitamin C), soft-cooked egg (protein) and an orange flavoured muffin (vitamins and fibre)

 

Potato-Onion Bake

Take:
- 1 large potato,
- 1 medium onion,
- butter,
- salt,
- pepper and
- 2 sheets aluminum foil.

Wash and peel potato, slice 1 cm thick.
Peel onion and slice thinly.
Alternate potato and onion slices on foil, dot with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap in two layers of foil and bake on hot coals about 3/4 hour, turning occasionally.
