1. Half boil some rice.
2. Fry some onion, red pepper, and courgette (zucchini) for a few minutes.
3. Add frozen peas and sweetcorn. Fry for a few more minutes.
4. Add mushrooms and rice.
5. Keep cooking until everything looks done!
6. Eat!
