Dolmades - rice and meat rolled up in grape leaves
Greek Salad - tomatoes, onions, ripe olives and feta cheese topped with a dressing of red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic and pepper.
Souvlakia - marinated meat (usually lamb in Greece) similar to kebabs. (Try chicken for a milder flavour)
