1. Melt butter in frying pan
2. Peel bananas, cut in half and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
3. Place bananas in frying pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
4. Put into serving dishes and sprinkle with brown sugar.
5. Serve with plenty of cream!
