Flap the Fish Relay Race - a game from Japan

Each team needs a paper fish (tissue paper or similar is ideal because it is very lightweight) and a newspaper. Each player has to 'flap' the fish along the floor to a certain point (chair opposite each team?) and back. Then the next player in the team has does the same, and so on until all the players have done this. The winning team is the fastest team!
