Grilled Pita Bread (Lebanon)


Ingredients: Method:

Heat nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Brush each side of bread with a bit of olive oil or spray with cooking spray.  Grill about 45 seconds per side, or until heated through. Remove from heat and use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Keep warm in bread basket. If pressed for time, you can warm several pieces bread on a cookie sheet in a 375F for about 5 minutes.
