Take a Siesta!
In Mexico, the biggest meal of the day is frequently served
at lunchtime (midday/early afternoon). The combination of eating all that
food and the heat makes the diners sleepy, so they turn in for a siesta,
or an afternoon nap. See if you can arrange to have your biggest meal at
lunchtime. Then after the meal, take a siesta!
