More Food Ideas for a Thinking Day Table (Mexico)

At our International celebration, we bought those mini burritos in the frozen food section. Of course we had 180 kids to feed so we made it easy on ourselves.

For the part of our Thinking Day celebration that is about Mexico, we are planning to have nachos or salsa and chips.
