Poland is wonderful, so rich in history, so rich in culture and so
rich in crafts! I would suggest you reading any of Sophia Hoderowicz-Knab's
books. One in particular is Polish customs ... it is full of wonderful
food ideas, crafts and customs.
One of our favorite crafts to do is to decorate Easter eggs. Many heritages
do this (e.g. Ukrainian) and the Poles tended to use wooden eggs. I use
real eggs and the beeswax and dyes.
Go to your local library to find out about the history of Poland and
about its people!!
