As thank you's to my Guiders in my District at the year end advancement and banquet I introduce each of the leaders explaining that we are all volunteers and this year I gave each Guider, Junior Leader, Cadet, Girls helping Girls etc a carnation with a tag (each tag different) here are my examples:
